RiverPulse Installation

This one’s from the archives: I shot some pictures of this outdoor art project in August and thought they were lost. It’s not super clear, but you can get a sense of the visualization. What: video installation displaying the water quality of the Milwaukee River through live data visualization (river’s temperature, flow, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and turbidity-characteristics)
Visualizing the Bible

The Bible is a book of complex connections and cross-references (not a pun). Written over a period of 1500 years it’s a single narrative with interrelated characters, themes and settings. Computer scientist Chris Harrison wrote a couple programs to visualize some of these connections. Check ‘em out!
